If you need to make changes, corrections, or updates to your merit badge information, please use this form. After completing all fields, please mail it or take it to the Coronado Area Council Office (Scout Office).

Merit Badge Counselors must renew each year.
Anyone interested in becoming a Merit Badge Counselor should fill out this form and take it to the Council Office. If you have never been a Merit Badge Counselor before, you will also have to fill out a BSA Adult Application (only once).
